All-Ukrainian Charity Fund "Child Well-Being Fund Ukraine" (new name of Christian Children's Fund) is working in Ukraine since 1997.
The Fund aims to ensure positive changes for creating an encouraging environment for disclosure of the full potential of every child in Ukraine. Innovations in social work, child’s’ rights protection promote partnership development to improve the living conditions of children and families.
Experience in implementing over 50 international and national projects in partnership with government agencies allows us to note the important role and a potential of NGOs in the development of social work and social pedagogy as a professional activity. We believe that every day of our work should be full of warmth and love to those who need help, attention and support.

Training on preparation of specialists for work at “Schools of responsible parenting” was carried out on 27-29 of May in Kiev within the framework of Component 1 of “Mother and child health” Programme. 24 gynaecologists and midwifes, 4 psychologists have completed full course of training, that will enable them to consult and carry out training for pregnant women and their family members at qualitatively new level.
Пілотні школи проекту «Попередження торгівлі шляхом розвитку соціальної роботи та мобілізації громад» матимуть можливість взяти участь у конкурсі міні-грантів на реалізацію ініціатив з протидії торгівлі людьми.
25 травня 2010 у м. Кіровограді було завершено тренінговий курс для кандидатів у вихователі будинку нового типу «Методика роботи з дитиною та родиною за індивідуальним планом опіки».
During April-May in the framework of Component 1 of Ukrainian-Swiss Mother and Child Health Programme trainings are held for training specialists from pіlot rayons on providing of consultation services on the issues of mother and child health on the base of client-oriented approach.
3-4 березня у м. Києві в рамках реалізації Компоненту 1 Програми «Здоров'я матері та дитини» відбувся семінар для голів Координаційних рад зі сприяння здоров'ю матері та дитини.
З метою оцінки ситуації щодо жорстокого поводження з дітьми та аналізу стану профілактичної роботи з цієї проблеми в рамках проекту "Впровадження пілотної моделі структурної профілактики насильства щодо дітей" було проведено опитування серед шкільних психологів та спеціалістів центрів соціальних служб для сім'ї, дітей та молоді (надалі спеціалісти ЦСССДМ).
Представники Українського фонду «Благополуччя дітей» взяли участь у круглому столі, який був організований Міністерством освіти і науки України, з метою вироблення спільних дій щодо профілактики жорстокості та насильства у дитячому середовищі.
В рамках проекту «Попередження торгівлі шляхом розвитку соціальної роботи та мобілізації громад», чотири школи в отримали міні-гранти на реалізацію ініціатив з протидії торгівлі людьми.
У публікації "Впровадження пілотної моделі структурної профілактики насильства щодо дітей: інформаційно-методичні матеріали" узагальнено досвід Українського фонду «Благополуччя дітей» щодо реалізації проекту «Впровадження пілотної моделі структурної профілактики насильства щодо дітей».
Seminar for the Heads of Coordination Committees on mother and child health promotion was carried out on 3-4 of March in Kiev within the framework of Component 1 of “Mother and child health” Programme.
